1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- The return request is raised within 3–5 days of delivery
To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email with their Order ID and supporting photos/videos.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as non-returnable
- Any item reported after the return window has expired
3. Return Process
To request a return:

- Provide your Order ID, issue details, and clear images/videos of the product
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions
We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or other agreed methods

- If the product is not available, a refund will be issued
6. Shipping Charges
